QATAR! The air base there is a command center for Asia. Qatar (Kut-tar) has the highest per capita income of any country in the world. It has a whole lot of sand, hardly any rain, and reaches temperatures of 120 degrees. There will be a greater variety of legal work to do there. More on this later.

I want to bring to your attention that the Department of Early Learning (with many employees from CPS) is violating state laws and standards and denying providers due process. A licensor and the immediate supervisor can decide a provider is a "bad" person and place his or her name on a list of people who may never work with vulnerable people in Washington again with no way of ever getting your name off the list. Licensors are allowed to lie about what the WAC requires and management will approve it. There is no accountability. Please listen to providers who contact you with their stories, especially the immigrant women.
