Senate Majority Leader in North Dakota Helping Me Fight For My Constituents ...And His...

WHAT ABOUT THE CHILD'S AUNT AND UNCLE?

They reside in North Dakota. The aunt is in her 30's and happily married. She and her husband have two little girls.

The family is known by the Republican Senate Majority Leader of North Dakota. They are wonderful, highly regarded people.

When I found out about the aunt and uncle the aunt flew in and I met with her. She is PERFECT. I learned about her senator and called the majority leader and asked that his state do a "home study" on this couple. Their DSHS did this and the couple passed with flying colors!

The "home study" was sent to WA (I am monitoring this whole thing).

I assumed that our DSHS would tell the judge that this family wanted their niece. Instead DSHS hid the study! They did not tell anyone about it though admitted to me later that "yes" they did receive it. (The department did not WANT to follow the law and so they just didn't.)

I was allowed to read a statement in front of Judge Katherine Schaffer in King County. She was "shocked" when I told her about the mother's sister in ND. The judge turned to the CASA and said: "Why didn't I know about this?"

Answer? Because there is no one who wants this child kept with the biological family! They are working to take her. DSHS later told me they hid it because they only tell the judge after a termination occurs! What a crock!

The purpose of family placement is to try to keep the family together. This is not a "whim" issue. Our legislature (YOU...the people) have decided that families should stay together if possible.

Note: The state of Washington has a compact with the state of North Dakota (and many other states) that they will honor out of state "in home studies" and that they will mutually work to keep children with biological families. Our DSHS hides them. Robin Arnold Williams, Director of DSHS, and all of her personal generals were personally told about this study...by me... They shove aside everything and everybody. They do what they want. There is no accountability in DSHS CPS. I have been through HELL with these people. Try to imagine what it must be like for the good people whose lives they tear apart!

Pam, I just can't imagine how this family is feeling. It's terrible! One of your blogs just really got to me though. That was the blogger who wrote a bunch of definitions of stupidity, etc, etc. I have one for that blogger. IGNROANCE! I don't think I need to give the definition. The foster parent does have an open restraining order for DOMESTIC VIOLANCE! She has also had more then 30 EMERGENCY VISITS from dshs to her home. These are the FACTS! So how can you even consider that as false slander? I think this blogger is missins the whole point. THIS CHILD SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN FOSTER CARE! Personally it looks to me that the blog is from the foster mother. Besides, who in their right mind would NOT fight for their family? I would use every means possible to get my family back from such a corupt system. If it were me, I would be plastered all over every news station. So, to that blogger "ignorance is bliss" isn't it? keep up the good work Pam.

Why has the mother and child not been sent to the family out of state? Why not keep all together and give them a fighting chance? Does this not make sense? Hey Washington DSHS, pull your head out and do your job, do what you say you stand for, FAMILY!!!

Senator Roach

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to this family crisis and informing us constituents. As well as, uncovering the injustices and unethical practices on how this govermental office operates. I know the grandpa - he truely is a very caring person and desperatley wants his granddaughter back in their everyday family lives.

O.K.....let me try to understand this...because this makes no sense..so they didn't bring in the out-of-state papers because they are still working on reunification?..because it sounds like the mother sees the child on a regular basis, but then they turn around and file terminiation? So which is it? reunification or termination? If terminiation, why has the State supported the Grandparents visits? Sounds like a conflict of interest..how can a State file both against a parent? Legally how can both be pursued at the same time with the State doing either job correctly? I mean how can they fully support reunification ,and assist this parent and child, but at the same time go into court and explain why they should termininate parental rights? And in either situation why not place with family? I am really not understanding? Is this really about the money? Is this pocketed by EACH person involved in this case? One pissed off tax-payer.

How can the state hide these papers from the courts if the family was approved? That would mean DSHS withheld an ICPC (which had to have been sent by them in the first place)and backround checks that cleared the aunt and uncle as good citizens and parents.

Senator, My heart goes out to this family. Especially the little girl that has been kept away from the family that she was with during the most important bond time of her life. Don't these people realize the most important bond is made in the first two years of that childs life! I am willing to bet bottom dollar that this little girl has alot of mental health concerns right now. And the state feels it's in the best interest of the child to break that bond and put her through all of this? What did the grandparents do? Did they abuse her? Do they have criminal records? There has got to be something they did. Do you know why the child was not returned? The law clearly states "FAMILY FIRST". Unless there is domestic violance, abuse, or drug abuse in the household. Does any of this exist? If not, why is she not with the grandparents until the courts can decide if the mother is fit to parent? Are the grandparents willing to raise this little girl as their own if the mother is found unfit? To me this is a no brainer! What a waste of our taxpayers dollars!

Senator, Hasn't anybody ever thought of why this casa is so hell bent on keeping this little girl with the foster parent? I think if you dig hard enough you will find that the casa is a personal friend of the foster parents family. HAPPY HUNTING!

Keep up the good work, the best chance to get little lisa back is to keep getting in people's faces. It is very obvious that the state and everyone involved knows they are wrong. Aunt and Uncle in North Dakota are the best people I know! As American citizens we have a right to stand up to corrupt government; we need to go about this. This is just unacceptable, how did such ignorant people get into positions of such power? Pam Roach seems to be the only person trying to help. This makes me sick to live in this country. I wish I lived close enough to that nasty foster mother, boy what I would have to say!

Something is fishy here.A mother who can't get placement, family in state that can't get placement, family out of state that can't get placement.I hope this mother can hang in there and not break. She must hold on to her child. The same goes for the family members, never give up and never give in.Way to bring attention to these situations.Keep at it Senator, you are on to something huge here.It is happening everywhere.

This is nothing new, they don't want families to receive their loved ones, I'm a grandparent and they are doing this to me now. I am fighting them hard now. They only want kids for this. They say we are criminals, I've never even been arrested. Look at what they do to kids. Follow the money, Foster care leads to the drug industry, and atypicals.
