Stuth Family To Sign Third Party Custody Papers Today

The Stuths have invited me to attend the hearing today. I will be there.

We have been together for 11 months. It has been that long since they came to my Olympia office and asked for my help.

At some point, I will have a picture taken. I will hang it in my office. And, through the years, I too, will watch this beautiful little girl grow up.

Senator, I know this is sad and not the best way to start a homecoming but if I were the Stuth's I would bring her immediately to my family doctor. Have everything head to toe notated. If a caseworker is bringing her to them I would have them meet me there.
And then I would take her home and not let go of her for days! They have lots of hugs and kisses to make up for!

Now I am dancing the jig!
Once those papers are signed the Stuths will finally be able to start the road to recovery from the abuses they have recieved. Especially this darling little girl.
Good job Senator. There are not many that would go out on the limb, as you have.
This is a priceless happy ending.

I am so happy for the Stuths. However the work is not over with. They were lucky to have someone like you Senator Roach representing them. There are literally millions of individuals throughout the US who are not so lucky.

CPS is creating a generation of lost children. Children who have lost their identity, been sexually abused, emotionally abused, experimented on by pharmaceutical companies; All this happening why they are in foster care and supposedly in their best interests.

And whoppee, they get kicked to the curb when they are 18 and are somehow suppose to function on their own without any family support.

The Stuths and Senator Roach need to continue the work and become advocates. You all have been tested. Now you need to share your testimony nation wide.

As I leave this comment, I must admit that I am crying. It is a mixed cry, half is in happiness that this little girl is going home and half is sadness, that other children across this country do not have this happy ending. These children do not have the amazing Senator Roach fighting in their corner.

I am hopeful though, hopeful that this case will open the eyes of people across this country and let them see the illegal and unethical behavior of CPS. So that other families that are going through this may have their happy endings too.

I just saw the picture and read the story of little Alexis going home..it was wonderful! All that I've done is follow this story and it's been mentally exhausting I can't imagine how all of you feel right now.
Lots of healing needs to happen but now all the pieces are in the right places so they can heal.
I think change is in the air and one family at a time we will be able to rejoice at wrongs being set right.

Just saw the King 5 news report with Susannah Frame.
That was the most beautiful sight. Those were the 3 happiest people that I have seen in so long.
There is a God and I know he does miracles just look at that family. I pray my family will see that kind of happiness.
I know you were the driving force behind this victory I hope and pray you will continue in your efforts to free the children.
It is so comforting to know that baby will be home with her family tonight.

Finally, this wonderful family is reunited. The State of Washington DSHS/CPS should have to watch this video daily - This child is only 3 but she knows where she belongs.
Thank You Senator Roach for stepping up to the plate for this family. The rest of the legisators out there need to do the same because this is happening all over this state!!

I am happy to see that the Stuth's have posted. I have been following the story from afar. The Stuths stood together as a family, the mother and the grandparents.

CPS is about breaking people down, often causing them to turn on each other.

Your greatest strength was in your united stand.

(and Ms. Roach's support!!! I wish I could convince her to come to NYC!)

To the Stuths, mother, grandparents, aunts and uncles and especially to little Alexis may every happiness come your way now and always.

Pam Roach,
I know it takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there as you did, I am proud Washington State has a Senator like you. If anyone can change what cps has been doing, you can and it would be my hope that you will continue to look into what is going on and that others would follow your leadership. To the Stuths congratulations and thank-you for allowing your story to be shared, it is my hope that will continue fighting for others the way Pam Roach fought for you. It is time that these bullies (cps) are put in there place, in the unemployment line.

I am SOOO happy for the Stuth family! We have been in the same boat with Washington DHS/CPS for some time and have unfortunately lost our battle to adopt my small cousin. We are family, two-parent home, certified foster parents in Oregon and we WANT this child. DHS had chosen a single father for him and have opposed our request to adopt. (The foster father is a friend of the DHS caseworker.) My cousin was even willing to relinguish custody to us...but they still denied us, claiming that he had been in foster for a year and it would be too traumatic to move him. As of today, they bullied my cousin into relinguishing all rights to him so that she could avoid a termination trial. We simply cannot afford to hire attornies to fight them. I'm just sick over it, but I'm at a loss. I wish Pam Roach was OUR Senator!
Stuth family...thank you so much for putting up the fight to get your baby back! I truly hope that others will be helped by the precedent that this sets. I wish you and your sweet girl the very best!
