Thank You Denise

Early today I received a call from Asst. Sec. Denise Revels Robinson. She is doing the right thing by asking questions of her employees about Lilly and the fiasco of this situation. The only way that change will occur is to have the leadership change direction. Accountability in government rests first with the people...but it is brought about by leadership from the top.

Will Denise intercede when the debarment knowingly puts and keeps my child or any other child for that matter intentionally in harms way simply because they want to win at the expenses of an innocent child!
My daughter is being neglected and abused at their hands and every last participant is cognizant of her dire situation but deliberately fails her.
I will fight for her and every other child and innocent family with my last breath.

the antifamily mindset of CPS UNITS(many hands make light work)of the child/family industry:

And in addition....CPS social workers acting without due process and without exigency (emergency conditions) violate the 14th Amendment and Title 42 United State Code Section 1983. The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution says that a state may not make a law that abridges "abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States" and no state may "deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Title 42 United States Code Section 1983 states that citizens can sue a person that deprives them of their rights under the pretext of a regulation of a state.

So at the tribunal.....the judicial system is also a part of the product acquisition team in the child protective industry and should be held accountable as well.

judges are required to address the state bar association of the misconduct by attorneys, aags ect. in his own court. the final resting place for their 'cover yur ass procedure' is with that judge!

I don't know if you will print this or not but it is not just about taking a baby from a couple and the state (CPS)giving this baby to a foster/adopt couple without placing with family first. Guess what also takes place. Consider what happens when this baby grows up. What if the biological family is so excited to possibly finally be able to meet this grown person and the foster/adopt couple still wants you completely out of their lives. Where is the biological family supposed to live? Will the state pay us to move to another country? What if this foster/adopt couple just continues to BULLY the biological family as if they own the world. There is a very serious violation of civil and constitutional rights here where the foster/adopt couple thinks they have more rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This couple who has my niece was given to them by CPS over twenty years ago out of a hospital room by CPS. They are a very public couple meaning they are out in public and have the audicity to come into our neighborhood where we live but yet don't want to associate with us. This is causing a lot of grief. I would really like this foster/adopt couple to once and for all leave us ALONE!!!!! We also have the right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness especially in our own neighborhoods. I just want this foster/adopt couple to please respect us if they are in a public place in our neighborhood where we live; please respect our privacy and our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness which you so greatly helped to destroy. I really am at a loss as to how to handle this situation.

Another thing they don't consider is when these children grow up they may end up dating one of their own sisters or brothers! Adoption should only be a LAST RESORT period.
