I like to travel to the "hard places" and have been all through Central and South America and most of Asia (including several weeks in East Timor)and Europe. Driving with the top down, a cold diet cola or Dr. Pepper, a good read or a little gardening and I am pretty happy.

Insulza arrives in Honduras

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (CNN) — The head of the Organization of American States arrived in the capital of Honduras Friday in an attempt to pave the way for a return to power by ousted President Manuel Zelaya.
Jose Miguel Insulza, the secretary general of the OAS, arrived Friday afternoon. The OAS has threatened to expel Honduras if Zelaya is not reinstated to the presidency.
