I Really Hope You All Took The Time To See This...

http://www.king5.com/video/index.html?nvid=336987

(Please cut and paste. This does work for me. Otherwise, go to KING5.com and see their Friday, Feb. 26th show.)

Check out the attorney general...listen...to what she is saying. After a year and a half of pursuing this child to give her to someone else...this is all she has to say. After all the lies she helped tell about the Stuths...this is all she has to say.

This AG has some 18 years working to take kids. No doubt, at all, that she has helped the lives of many children in Washington State. But, how many has she hurt? She has taken the approach that all families are bad and should be fought. The goal is to place the child outside of the family without much care about who the heck the "foster adopt" is. It is not about following the law and placing with families first. It is a war with her.

Time for her to find a different area. How about insurance fraud? How about identity theft? I think she should apply her talents to going after people when there has been a crime. There is a need there to be relentless and in that line of law...people are innocent until proven guilty. She would actually have to do some work rather than just throwing out accusations that will be taken as truth.

Look at her again. http://www.king5.com/video/index.html?nvid=336987

And again. http://www.king5.com/video/index.html?nvid=336987

And, she goes home scot-free...making $115,000. No excuses required. Just like CPS...there will be no changes made in the system...no reviews of how things went. They should give me a call. I would be great in the debriefing. But, there won't be one.

"they made us out to be such terrible people for so long" said Mr. Stuth. I would like to see a case where the social workers did not abuse innocent people. I have seen hundreds since I started this. And I have yet to see one where the SWs did not directly abuse the child.

And for this reason, I honestly don't think that they exist.

Dylan was put with a violently abusive drug addict 4 years ago. & I was to blame because I allowed myself to become a victim of domestic violence. Nevermind the perpetrator. He is the worlds blessing on fatherhood. Dylan has post traumatic stress disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and detachment disorder. But this is only a sign of how great his Dad is with him.

Dylan is in a living hell of abuse every day, with all of washington states blessings.

Dylan lives in North Bend, Washington. But in less than a month, we will lose him forever. He moves to texas with his father, where he is said to "thrive".

And I get in trouble because I tell the truth, that Dylan was HAPPY and HEALTHY before they took him away. And I say that his father abused us. I get persecuted for telling the truth. And no matter what, I will always know that Dylan is suffering in his living hell. And there is no helping hand to comfort dylan's encompased pain and suffering.

He is only eight years old.

Can you imagine the hell that he lives in??

I am sorry if I seem bitter all of the time. But for God's sake, he is only a little child.

And no one deserves what he has been put through.

God can't even save Dylan now. He is eight years old, and his life is over, all but the pain of time..

One family Saved!
One more unnecessary adoption completed.
This still leaves thousands of children and families damaged and forgotten by CPS and public apathy.
Thousands are aware of maltreatment, abuse, death and destruction committed to children and families at the hands of the State far surpassing any committed by parents.
So who will step up and save our CHILDREN?
Our Iraq war casualties are minuscule compared to the loss of life and liberty caused by our child savers who claim that everyone opposing them is unstable, unfit and paranoid.
I grieve for my child.
I do not sleep at night.
While good honest people make excuses and turn away to put what they know to be the truth out of sight and out of mind.
Social workers will continue to traffic in our children until they are made to be accountable.
It won't happen until you participate.
Call your legislator now.
Demand that the truth and due process be included in Social Services. What kind of people knowingly allows this to continue unabated? Lovingfitfather.

My child unlike Anne Marie never lost weight, was never neglected, abused or endangered. Tela was always immaculately cared for and lovingly nurtured.
No problem for DCFS and the AG they just forge and perjure whatever is necessary and the Judge who nows better ignores the facts and lets them do their dirty work with impunity. I do not sleep at night grieving for my child while these corrupt people sleep peacefully.

Marbury v Madison:

"Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as forming the fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and consequently the theory of every such government must be, that an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void.

If an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void, does it, notwithstanding its invalidity, bind the courts, and oblige them to give it effect? Or, in other words, though it be not law, does it constitute a rule as operative as if it was a law? This would be to overthrow in fact what was established in theory; and would seem, at first view, an absurdity too gross to be insisted on."

The ENTIRE organization operating under the auspices of "CPS" is REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION. And the way the fake "judges" in the fake "juvenile courts" implement these void statutes is repugnant to civilized thought. The social workers, attorneys (on both sides - the AG and the pretenders who do NOT defend parental rights), the fake "judges" and "commissioners" who sit in the fake "courts", and everyone else clinging to this "child processing industry" are 100% involved in acts of Treason. They are invading homes, disrupting families, kidnapping children, and holding children hostage to coerce parents into fraudulent contractual agreements. This is ALL criminal, and ALL Treasonous.

What do we as a nation do about "government" actors who commit Treason? These "laws" and "acts" are Void, not legally enforceable, and repugnant to a free and civilized nation. They are gaining power by the day due to inaction, acquiescence, and "good people" who lend their energy in the vain hope of "helping" within the system.

CPS is a menace to society. It must be abolished outright.

You know, until this past week I felt so isolated and feeling helpless and alone in this very same battle of fighting a corrupt system.

Pardon me for getting raw in my description of how I see this situation. But, I see all the corrupt people who have been give too much power to dangerously destroy the lives of a protective parent and their children, as nothing more than scum bag pimps, who use our children as enslave whores for profit and power.

Meanwhile, people like us sit in our homes childless, waking up every single morning with heartache and fear. Always mourning for the loss of the daily loving bonds we had with our children and feeling gut wrenching fear of what our abusers will do that will permanently damage our children. Worse yet, cause our children to die needlessly, which will forever take them away from us altogether!!!!

I have a suggestion. Washington state is in dire need of a politically active support group for parents who are suffering from this corrupt system. I propose that we start an alliance for the purpose of helping Senator Roach bring corruption down in our system.

There was a day that women were treated as property, abused and mistreated, and she was never allowed to have any freedom to do anything outside of her domestic role. Barefooted, pregnant and in the kitchen, and nothing else.

Then, the National Organization for Women was founded, to make changes in our system, that would enforce a woman's right to vote, work and hold public offices...pretty much this started a revolution that protected her human rights.

Thank God for this or we wouldn't have Senator Roach fighting for the human rights of our children, as a SENATOR no less. There is a lot of work to be done to bring the corruption of this system down in so many areas other than CPS.

I feel that if we want change, we must be the change. Voicing our frustrations and pain is so cathartic for our souls and we have earned the right to do so. However, we absolutely need to get involved and proactively put forth our work in the practical ways to really see things get done.

I say let's get together, roll up our sleeves and get started! Let's help Senator Roch get the job done!

Count me in! How about you?

Never give in and never give up!

Dear Feminist Mom:

I linked to your site from another site.

I attempted to protect my daughters from abuse by separating the abuser from the household, but not 100% from his children. Little did I know the land mines awaiting in my family of origin and thereafter, the court systems around here. Mine were simply abducted by the abuser (and new woman) himself, simplifying the costs of having my daughters removed from my nonabusive, non-battering parent, employed-Mom home and into one where a Dad didn't feel like paying child support, refused to obey any court orders (I was pressing for enforcement, which appeared to have prompted the abduction) and so forth. Thereafter, I saw one daughter, for example, so far in 2009, for 20 minutes yesterday. Not at all, (basically) in 2008, and one girl, almost not at all for two years. I have been since stalked, driven out of my employment and attempts of course made to drive me out of my daughters' lives, after I had dedicated over a decade of my life to their upbringing and protecting them during, and after abuse. I have been repeatedly punished by governmental and atheistic (male) sources, after having survived a lot of DV under theological premises.

Yes, NOW happened. The Exec Dir. of my state's NOW wrote a letter of support to the court calling the child-stealing action (a felony in our state, along with of course wife-battering), and an "outrage." It was duly ignored.

Yes, VAWA happened.

And there has been a serious backlash to its existence, rocking the status quo you mentioned above.

With you, I hope to do something about this, and if possible for my daughters, whom I miss.

Feminist Matron and Strong Mom. I can see your sides of this issue. I don't think it a necessarily maternal or paternal problem is is the bipartisan agenda of DCFS to keep children from where they belong and keep them where they don't belong or visa-versa. They more often than not successfully divide and conquer children's families irregardless of gender or relative status. morrisonterry@rocketmail.com

Feminist Martron said...

Morrisonterry,

Neither Strong Mom or I said anything about it being a gender issue. We were clear in our comments that it's a "Battered Mother" issue. Not to be confused with a case where there is a non-battered mother in a custody dispute.

I quote:

http://www.stopfamilyviolence.org/ocean/host.php?folder=62&page=395 (go to url to read entire article)

"In spite of evidence of violence against the women and/or their children (and with such violence documented in 63% of the cases) the courts consistently ordered sole or joint custody to perpetrators in 74% of the cases in Maricopa County and 56% of the cases in the other counties combined."

Do some research of your own, you will be horrified, as to how Nation wide, this evil and corrupt system makes these dangerous decisions for America's children.

Please watch this video:

interview with Dr. Mo Hannah.-Battered Mothers Custody Conference

Hope this has educated you and cleared any misunderstandings of where Strong Mom and I were coming from.

I thank you for clarify these issues. It is tragic because in any case it most always ends up as a needless maltreated child issue.
Thank you for the input as my point tends to be from a paternal view with tragic personal involvement. Rest assured that I will research your sites and add my voice to yours. I am so thankful for Senator Roach's efforts.

Senator Roach,

It would be great if you had your own video out in Youtube land, stating your view about the corruption of CPS, what you would like to see done, and what plans if any that are in the making here in Washington state to end CPS corruption.

When Nancy Shaefer's video became accessible via Youtube, it spread her message like wild fire. Many of us who have suffered from the heartless mercy of CPS felt vindicated and supported when we watched her video.

It would be awesome for me and others to be able to embed your video right beside Nancy Shafer. Thank you for having the guts to be who you are. A real spit fire you are, it's great! I would really hate to be someone who messed with your children and grandchildren! :-)

Hoping us Washingtonians are all having a great day today!

You are so very welcome and thank you!

You know what I think we "PROTECTIVE" parents in Washington state should do? We should form a watchdog advocacy group for the other.

We could have our own website exposing the corruption of the entire system, that's holding us back from our parental right to protect our children.

Then, we should form a contact list and provide this list for every parent struggling with the system, to call the other when another person is needed for personal support and to be a witness to the interaction between them and any official when dealing with abuse issues.

A lot of times, just having a witness can keep these officials in line, if they feel they are being watched.

For instance a parent watchdog advocate could be with another parent when:

1. When a parent has to call for police intervention when they find out from their child they have been abused or sexually molested.

2. When a parent goes to the Child Protective Services office to report that their child/ren disclosed abuse and/or sexual molestation. And to attend any follow up meetings with that parent.

3. When a "protective" parent has to go to Family Court, be interviewed by a Guardian Ad-Litem, attend a deposition, and other meetings when seeking sole custody for their children and fighting for supervise visitations for the other parent, when there's absolute proof that the other parent is a risk to the children.

The best asset we would have is the friendship of the other. To get involved with the other's lives and do things together with our children.

We don't have to spend money doing anything either. During nasty weather conditions we could have pot-luck family style meals together in each other's homes. With Spring and Summer just around the corner, we could pack our own picnic baskets and meet up with the other at these wonderful parks. There are free or cheap ways for us to do this.

I feel we "protective" parents have got to unite! We need to stop sitting all isolated in our homes and start meeting up with the other. By doing so, it builds a strong support system and gets us out of our ruts that we can do at times when overwhelmed. This corrupt system thrives on our isolation...it's the good ole divide and conquer scheme that has been working to keep us silent.

Yes, it's absolutely wonderful that we have Senator Roach advocating for us! But, she's not our Mommy and we are not her dependent children. We are grown adults that must do our part to help her! Yes, she gets paid to do her job, but for her job to be a total success we must dig in and do the work that will help her.

Sitting behind our monitors and posting comments to her blog is good and helps her feel that her agenda is supported. However, it's us getting out of the comfort of our homes and getting out there and doing actual work that will help her the most.

We need to lay aside the depression, the I don't feel like going out anywhere moods, the I'm too tired excuse, the I have my own issues to deal with don't need to involve myself with other people's issues, or the sheer laziness and expecting someone else to do all the work.

We have to wake up and realize that as long as we remain unattached to the other, this corrupt system will mow each of us down one by one till we are powerless. Our survival as "protective" parents demands that we get out of our comfort zones and make our mass physical presence to be seen and voices to be heard.

Again, I will bring up the National Organization For Women. NOW started with a handful of women meeting in each other's homes and each woman slammed down five bucks to get this organization in motion. Today, there are thousands of chapters fighting for women's rights and they are making a difference.

We need to do this too! Bringing the corruption of this system down is not just Senator Roach's job, it's ours too. It is time for us to stop crying, whining, complaining and put our big trousers on...and actually do something pro-active to help.

I am most sure that Senator Roach could give us some start-up ideas to help us get going. Right Senator Roach? If we don't anything and the dark side of this system totally destroys us, we will have no other person to blame but ourselves.

I am asking again, who wants to meet up and get this great thing started? I live in Kent. Anyone care to join me? All it takes is two flint stones to get a fire going. While we are at it, let's bring the awesome Grandparents on board, too. That would be a blast!
